Business Development Representative (Inside Sales) - Business Phone Sales

• Actively follow up on inbound leads and inquiries.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue business opportunities.
• Utilize CRM tools to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and interactions.
• Cultivate and nurture relationships with potential clients to create a pipeline of qualified prospects.
• Employ persuasive communication and storytelling techniques to effectively convey the value of our offerings.
• Schedule appointments and virtual meetings for the sales team with qualified prospects.
• Participate in sales meetings, contribute to sales strategies, and provide feedback on market trends.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in inside sales, cold calling, lead generation, or business development.
• Strong phone presence with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong desire to exceed targets.
• Familiarity with CRM software and lead management systems.
• Excellent research and prospecting skills to identify potential clients.

Pay: $36,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
